Judyth Piazza chats with T. L. Hines, Best Selling Author of The Falling Away

Best-selling author T.L. Hines ( was diagnosed with Follicular Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma shortly before beginning work on his latest novel, The Falling Away. Hines was treated with radioimmunotherapy and is currently in remission from the condition, a life-threatening cancer of the lymphocyte blood cells - present in the lymph nodes, spleen, and bone marrow.

In THE FALLING AWAY (released in September by Thomas Nelson Publishing), T. L. Hines delves into issues ranging from teen homelessness to post-traumatic stress disorder in war veterans to the plight of modern day Native Americans, in order to peel back greater truths about redemption. 

Known for writing Noir Bizarre stories, Hines mixes mysteries with oddities in books such as "The Unseen", "Waking Lazarus", and "The Dead Whisper On".  "Waking Lazarus" received Library Journal`s 25 Best Genre Fiction Books of the Year award.
