Pastor Bill Devlin is both senior pastor of Manhattan Bible Church in the Washington Heights section of Manhattan and also National President of Redeem The Vote, the faith alternative to Rock The Vote and a national non-partisan faith-based company headquartered in NYC.

Devlin, a long-term Democratic committeeperson and former candidate for Philadelphia City Council and mayor`s office, brings a unique and fresh outlook to the national political scene. He also serves as the national faith and politics correspondent for the 50,000 Watt Philadelphia CBS Radio station, WPHT 1210AM, the Big Talker.

A relative newcomer to the American democratic process, Redeem The Vote registered 79,000 people in the last election cycle. The chairman of Redeem The Vote is medical doctor, Dr. Randy Brinson, a nationally recognized physician and political commentator Manhattan Bible Church, founded in 1974, is a predominantly Latino congregation of 300 people with a K-8 inner-city school, Manhattan Christian Academy, serving 285 children in one of the poorest areas of NYC.

Pastor Bill is a frequent guest on Emmy Award winning show on Comcast, "It`s Your Call with Lynn Doyle", NBC, ABC, CBS, Comedy Central, and NPR. Mr. Devlin has authored articles for the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Philadelphia Daily News, Philadelphia Tribune, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, New York Times, and many other publications.

He also does a national speaking tour with Dave Silverman, national spokesperson for America Atheists Over the past ten years, Pastor Bill has conducted over 5,000 media interviews related to faith and politics, regionally and nationally.

A decorated Vietnam combat veteran, Bill received the distinguished Purple Heart, Combat Action Medal and a meritorious Unit Commendation Award. He served on Acting PA Governor Mike Fisher`s Domestic Violence Task Force; Philadelphia Mayor John Street`s Transition Team; and PA Senator Rick Santorum`s Operation Good Neighbor Foundation Board of Advisors. Devlin speaks at numerous professional and academic conferences and forums nationwide.

In 2006 and 2007, along with his Wall Street and charitable duties, Pastor Devlin was asked to travel to Cuba, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Israel, Uganda and Sudan to get first hand reports on these international hot spots in the world. Devlin traveled to Cuba three times in the past 12 months, delivering medical supplies to the Cuba Jewish Relief Project and encouraging registered pastors-has license from Dept. of State.

Devlin and his wife Nancy are the proud parents of five grown children. They received the National Parents of the Year Award from President George W. Bush in 2001 for their work with inner-city teenagers over a 15-year period. From 2002 to 2007, Pastor Bill also worked as a vice president with Guardian Insurance of NYC.
