Bridgeport, CT- February 9, 2009- Many real estate companies know how to list properties in a normal market place. It takes a real real estate company, with drive, determination and ingenuity, to ensure that all properties they list today are sold. Century 21 Greengarden Realty, Inc. is that real real estate company. They launched their own Exclusive 21 Point Value System on January 15, 2009 to assist sellers in the home selling process.

Their system came into fruition when Mark Greengarden, owner and real estate broker of Century 21 Greengarden Realty, Inc., wanted to devise an initiative to give his company`s sellers an advantage in selling their homes. Approximately, 70% percent of homes listed through the Multiple Listing Service are not selling. Many homes are staying on the market and resulting in expired listings. Our goal is to sell 95% percent of our company`s listings and for over 95% of the list price " said Greengarden.

The Exclusive 21 Point System is comprised of a series of customized sections that correlate with analyzed selling trends and each section is assigned a different point value. When all the sections add up to 21 Points, it significantly increases the selling potential. Century 21 Greengarden Realty, Inc. is extremely adamant in working only with motivated sellers and will only list properties that meet the criteria. If listings do not equal the 21 Points, the Century 21 Greengarden Realty, Inc. team will work with sellers and suggest feasible changes that will add point value and increase the likelihood of the property selling. All serious and motivated sellers should contact Century 21 Greengarden Realty, Inc. immediately.
