Local Buzz Magazine announces new Sales Manager for publication

William Oquendo has accepted the position of Sales Manager for the Stuart, Fla.-based Local Buzz, a monthly Arts & Entertainment magazine serving the entire Treasure Coast.

His duties will consist primarily of directing sales and coordinating marketing efforts for the newly-formed organization. In addition, Oquendo will also contribute his talents as a photographer and graphics designer.

Local Buzz publisher Jason Collins said, “Bill’s extensive experience in sales and on the creative end will make him invaluable to our publication.” 

Oquendo comes to the Local Buzz from the Sailfish Marina on Singer Island where he served as Marketing Director. A graduate of Florida International University in Miami, where he majored in Marketing, Oquendo is the former Marketing Director of Photopro, Inc. -- a highly respected creative firm in Dade County known for its state-of-the art digital imaging and design.
