Fred Phelps: Lady Gaga Is Going To Hell, She's Leading Rebellion Against God

"The Kansas-based Westboro Baptist Church, led by the Reverend Fred Phelps, issued a press release Tuesday in which they claimed Lady Gaga (legal name Stefani Germanotta) was `going to Hell` for allegedly leading a `rebellion` against God.  `Her claim to the title of `Lady` is sound only if she tacks on `of the night,` the press release issued by the church read. `Does the simple slut truly think she can change God`s standards by seducing a generation of rebels into joining her in fist-raised, stiff-necked, hard-hearted rebellion against Him? God may indeed condemn Lady Gaga to hell, but not because she`s an avid supporter of gay rights, and has a penchant for dressing like a drag queen on crack. The Almighty must be furious that the pop diva distorts her beautiful voice with auto tune, and he surely isn`t thrilled when that she elevates style over substance. To claim that the deity doesn`t like auto tune is ridiculous, but no more ridiculous than claiming that he doesn`t like gays, pagans or feminists. I wish perverted creeps like Pat Robertson and Fred Phelps would stop speaking on god`s behalf. If the Supreme Being doesn`t like Lady Gaga, he can darn well take over the airwaves and give us a piece of his mind. I think the good reverend is jealous of Lady Gaga, because she`s the only one who is more "over the top" than him. Phelps needs to chill out, don some purple thongs, and rock out to Lady Gaga.
