"Electro newcomers Hurts have lavished praised on Lady GaGa - for being more talented than she first appears.
The Manchester duo, who describe themselves as having "pop in their bones", expressed disappointment that there aren`t more top quality songs on the British charts.
`Lady GaGa is an exception. She`s a songwriter and I think her talent is far beyond what it initially appears to be. Like us, she used to be in the back room. She`s still got a long way to go and the standard she`s setting is very high,` he said." Read More
The "Hurts" are so inconsequential that they don`t even merit a Wikipedia entry. I hope these twits never enjoy any success on this side of the pond.
There is a lamentable lack of talent in the UK music scene, but an infusion of Lady Gaga clones is not the answer. The Manchester duo may have "popin their bones", but they have "mush in their brains" for thinking that Lady Gaga is more talented than she first appears.
My first impression of Lady Gaga: This woman has a terrific set of pipes, but the idiot distorts her beautiful voice with auto tune, and she dresses like a dyslectic drag queen. That remains my opinion of the controversial singer. Fashionistas, hipsters, artists and Lady Gaga`s legion of gay fans may see their idol as the Second Coming, but to me she`s a silly bimbo who has sold her soul to achieve The Fame.
