Celebrities are loathe to criticize anyone else in the business, thank goodness for Howard Stern. The King of all Media doesn`t know the meaning of the word "nuance", he boldly speaks truth to power.
Mr. Big Chin had signed a contract with NBC agreeing to turn the baton over to Conan O`Brien on June 09. Leno should have demonstrated a little bit of grace and humility and quietly disappeared from the scene to allow Conan a chance to build his audience.
Instead the rat fink announced he would do a comedy show weeknights at 10 p.m., we all know how that turned out. Leno then maneuvered to get his old "Tonight" gig back, kicking Conan to the curb.
Leno is richer than God, he doesn`t need to work for the rest of his life. Leno`s "humor" reeks of conformity and banality, he is so "yesterday." David Letterman may be older than Leno, but David`s humor is much more cutting edge.
Jay Leno makes me want to hurl, he should be doing gigs in rest homes and Lions Club meetings. Thank you Howard Stern for putting Jay Leno in his place!
