Ellen DeGeneres Out As American Idol Judge! Jennifer Lopez In?

"After days of furious rumors, Fox just made it official: Ellen DeGeneres` much-criticized tenure as the fourth judge on `American Idol` has sputtered to an end after just one season, with the show in the midst of a massive overhaul. In a news release, DeGeneres said she told the producers a couple of months ago that the show "didn`t feel like the right fit for me," partly because of increased work commitments elsewhere, including her popular daytime talk show." http://articles.latimes.com/2010/jul/29/entertainment/la-et-ellen-degeneres-american-idol Ellen DeGeneres as an American Idol judge was the worst idea since I was a 4-year-old kid, and I decided to use cotton balls instead of toilet paper to clean my behind. Let`s put this nightmare behind us, and consider who should replace DeGeneres. The celebrity who will replace iconic Simon Cowell will have big shoes to fill, but the entertainer who replaces Ellen will get a free ride. A dyslectic crackhead with a 3rd grade education would be an improvement over DeGeneres. The buzz is that Jennifer Lopez will be a new judge, if that`s true American Idol will need five chairs for the judges -- two for Jennifer`s humongous behind. Lopez would be an excellent choice: She`s gorgeous, talented, eloquent, and unlike DeGeneres she knows a thing or two about the music business.
