Burn Ya Twice Mon Jamaican Jerk Rub from BBQ`n Fools

Recently I had the chance to chat with Grant Ford, owner of BBQ`n Fools.
Grant and his partners Tom Brohamer and Kurt Weidmann are Southern
California natives and have been friends for more than 20 years, these guys
are serious - foolish even - about barbecue. Beginning as successful
competitors on the barbecue circuit, they created this barbeque sauce
company to help bring quality barbecue products straight from the world of
competition into your home.

BBQ`n Fools just debut their latest creation, Burn Ya Twice Mon Jamaican
Jerk Rub. They said, "We wanted to create a dry rub seasoning that lets
folks bring home the flavors of the islands," said Tom Brohamer. "So many
supposed jerk seasonings marketed today take way too many shortcuts: for
instance, by using cayenne, or crushed red pepper flakes. A true Jamaican
jerk uses a species of Habanero - exactly what we use in Burn Ya Twice Mon."

Grant says that he and his partners create their rubs this way, the right
way and 5 years later and more than 100 prestigious industry awards later,
the trio knew their new addition would have a lot of history to live up to.
That`s why they went whole hog.

"With our jerk rub, folks can bring the island flavor home - and get the
island heat, too."
