Dear RM: You Must have Misunderstood the Intentions...
I wonder if Mr. Marsche is aware of how many U.S. Presidents, Government Officials, American Icons have been (and are) Muslim Shrines "The Shriners are a group of advanced-level Freemasons organized for philanthropy and fun. It was started in the 1870s in New York. The group has rites and costumes that include the well-known red fez
I appreciate the fact that you took the time to read my article and compose a very well-structured response to the material presented. However, I fear you must have misunderstood the intentions of the article as a whole. Otherwise, you would have provided the information contained in your rebuttle to the entirety of the readership that may have questions pertaining to Islam and their good deeds as opposed to presenting it as a question to me directly. It is exactly that type of information that needs to be disseminated to the American public, which I specifically requested in my article. Keep in mind, understanding and peace are the things for which I am reaching.
So far as "critical thinking" is concerned, I wrote the article to garner a response that would perhaps shed a brighter light upon the Muslim community. You responded with positive information, apparently my thought process lent itself perfectly to produce such a result. Unfortunately, by its title, it was presented only to me as though you wanted to invalidate my presentation and diminish the very valid thougts, concerns and curiosities of the citizens for which the article was written.
We do not need to perpetuate further adversities. It is understanding that needs to be found.
Daniel Tegan Marsche
