Montreal (CANADA) singer/songwriter/composer Anthony Wal receives two nominations in the “Best Melodic Group/Artist” and “Best Pop Group/Artist” categories at this year’s ALL ACCESS MAGAZINE MUSIC AWARDS (2006).  Voting has already begun and shall run through the month of October until the day of the show.  Fans can VOTE for ANTHONY WAL by visiting the following link and looking for him in categories 17 and 27.  


Earlier this year, Wal received a nomination in the “Best International” category at the 4th annual Orange County Music Awards (2006)”, which was held last April in Anaheim, California.  From that point, he has been busy doing a select number of performances at key events including an interview/live solo acoustic set on “Rock This” w/Jen Meola (Music+TV in L.A.), the annual walk/run for “Karen’s Walk” at R.I.T. in Rochester (NY), an “eaTV Live Series” (in-studio performance) in Southbridge (MA), and the “Toronto Independent Music Awards (2006)” showcase series. 

During this period, Anthony Wal has also been focusing on writing and composing new material to add to his upcoming EP, which will be available soon.  Once the EP is released, Wal intends to continue working on new material for a future CD release.  For further info on the above-mentioned events, EPs, and CDs, please visit:
