Christine Zust works with people who want to enhance their communication effectiveness and professional success, and with companies to develop more productive leaders and teams. She has more than 20 years of experience in communication, public relations and marketing. She is president of Zust & Company, a Cleveland-based communication training, coaching and consulting firm. Christine works with executives, emerging leaders and management teams to develop credibility and clout with key clients, customers and constituents. Her areas of expertise include positioning and image management, presentation and speaking skills, media interviewing and interpersonal communication. She has held management and leadership positions in the public and private sectors.

Christine is a member of the National Speakers Association and NSA Ohio, American Society for Training and Development, International Coach Federation, Cleveland Coach Federation, International Communication Association, Central States Communication Association and CoachVille. She is also a charter member of the Certified Women Business Owners Council.

Christine received a Master of Arts degree in Interpersonal Communication from Bowling Green State University (Ohio) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Kent State University.
