Jim is a Certified Facilitator and internationally recognized professional motivator, trainer, speaker and author. His clients include Toyota, Hewlett Packard, Xerox, Subaru, NBC, Walt Disney and Kodak, to name a few.

Jim holds a BA in English & Economics from Kansas State University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Illinois, Champaign. He is one of only six individuals worldwide to earn Master Incentive Professional (MIP) certification and one of only 50 to earn Certified Incentive Travel Executive (CITE) certification. He also holds CPT certification, Certified Performance Technologist, from the International Society for Performance Improvement in affiliation with American Society for Training and Development.

Jim is the author of four books, Thriving on Changes in Organizations, Celebrate Customer Service - Insider Secrets, Doctor Travel`s Cure for the Common Trip, and D-A-T-I-N-G Your Customer. He has also published articles in Advertising Age, AdWeek, Nation`s Business, Investor`s Business Daily and numerous other professional publications.

About Roz Trieber

Roz Trieber, The Naturally Funny Lady, who wears a "beanie hat" all of the time has over 20 years` experience teaching people how to manage stress and laugh at life.  Roz is the author of "Live Life Laughing: An Innovative and Imaginative Approach to Living A Healthier, Happier and More Prosperous Life" (2000), co-authored "43 Ways To Keep You and Your TasteBuddies Happy: Outrageous and Hilarious Humor Laced Between 43 Healthy andDelicious Recipes" (2000), and "Life After Schmaltz" (1990).  Roz evencontributed to the destruction of the forest by supplying the healthiest of recipes for living and eating to Baltimore HealthQuest Newspaper.

Roz earned her Master`s degree in Community Health Education from Towson University, and embellished that with earned credentials as a Certified Humor Presenter and her inborn talents as an NFL (Naturally FunnyLady).  Roz is adjunct faculty at Towson University in Towson, Maryland.  She is a member of the  Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor, The International Society for Humor Studies, Society for Public Health Education, the National Speaker`s Association of DC, and is chair of the membership and volunteer committee of the LifeBridge Health Community Trust Advisory Board.
