Video: Adorable 36-Pound Cat "Fat Joe" Finds A Home

By Robert Paul Reyes

"A cat three times its normal weight has found a new home. Officials say his weight made it hard for him to get adopted, but they finally found a family who wants him.

The 36-pound cat was named Fat Joe by the Hudson River Humane Society in Menands, New York near Albany. The humane society said it has not seen a cat this big in 14 years." Read More

Nobody wanted to adopt Fat Joe from the Hudson River Humane Society. Who would want to take a risk at being smothered to death by a humongous cat who decides to sleep on your face when you are peacefully sleeping?

But when Fat Joe was featured on the local news and his video was uploaded on YouTube, all of a sudden everybody wanted to adopt the horizontally-challenged feline.

If a homeless incontinent cat with a nasty disposition was featured on TV and on YouTube, even he would find a home. Folks want to be associated with any person or critter who is famous.

Even the no-talent obnoxious rapper Fat Joe would find a home if he were put up for adoption.

Let`s hope that Fat Joe`s new owners really love him, and put him on a diet.
