Tikrit, Soldier dies in non-combat related incident

TIKRIT, Iraq – A Multi-National Division – North Soldier died in an explosion in Salah ad Din province, Nov. 3.

Additionally, one Soldier was wounded and taken to a CF medical facility.

The name of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of next of kin and release by the Department of Defense.

The incident is under investigation.
