Will Roberts Rustles up some Fun at the Dodge City Trail of Fame
Will Rogers was one of America's great humorists, a self-made cowboy and an early aviation enthusiast. His performances on the Vaudeville circuit were legendary as he spun his uproariously funny brand of humor while performing amazing trick-roping feats. He became the darling of the American people until his tragic 1935 death with close friend Wiley Post in an Alaskan plane crash.
Several stage plays and musicals have been written around Will as a character. Only one performer today captures this man's humor and rope tricks. He is Will Roberts with his touring show "A Tribute to Will Rogers."
On stage, Roberts brings Will Rogers to life with contemporary humor which Will Rogers himself would certainly have approved. Roberts has toured the world with his one-man Will Rogers show appearing in the Los Angeles' Orpheum Theater, New York's Madison Square Garden and as far a field as Singapore. He has tuned his superb humor to upcoming presidential political zaniness on his web site. www.willrogersusa.com <http://www.willrogersusa.com>
