ExxonMobil Chemical Boosts Capacity to Produce Spectrasyn Ultra High VI Polyalphaolefins

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ExxonMobil Chemical (NYSE:XOM) today announced the completion of a debottleneck project at the Beaumont Synthetics plant that increases by 40 percent the capacity to produce SpectraSyn Ultraâ„¢ High VI high viscosity polyalphaolefins (PAO). The expansion will help meet increasing market demand for the advanced high viscosity PAO, used to create a wide range of high-performance synthetic fluids.
