John's Daily Dump: Obama's Supposed Sex Scandal, Mother's Death Keeps Teen From Prom

It`s time again for John`s Daily Dump! I have a bit of a different format for you -- the odd news is still there, though! First up, I give my take on Barack Obama`s alleged "sex scandal" and the reasons for the accusation. Then I have a bit of a new segment, entitled "Stupid Things in Boring Places" - I hope you enjoy that one. Lastly, I have a story about a swarm of bees taking refuge in a Michigan woman`s car, and my grand fear of bees is evident!

Text for the prom story to prove my point:
Friday night was prom night at Man High School in Logan County but one student was not in attendance.  Senior Andrew Eldridge was told he would not be allowed to attend prom due to too many unexcused absences. Eldridge says he missed more than five days because his mother passed away this school year.
Eldridge got a doctors note for the days he missed, but did not turn in the excuse within ten days of the absence and school officials could not accept it. His supporters started a Facebook campaign and it has 7,001 members. According to the page they are planning a private party due to the fact he didn`t get to go to prom.
