Catholic News Sites Forms Partnership to Reach Mass Audience

By Garrett Godwin

Due to the partnership between DFW Catholic and, Internet users all over the world can now access the latest Catholic news and television shows.  Though newborn, the partnership will hopefully bring in more hits on both sites while posting current Catholic news and teaching Orthodox Church teaching.

"We are both young lay organizations and feel this partnership will help us achieve our common goal of utilizing top-notch Catholic media to evangelize to as many people as possible" said MetroCatholic CEO Chad Simpson.  "We are excited to be working with and are eager to see the fruit of both ministries."

A MetroCatholic publication, DFW Catholic provides daily Catholic news throughout the world from the Vatican to the local parish. is a Web-based Catholic television network that brings episodes on morality, film reviews, news and political commentary, entertainment, apologetics, and so on -- with the intent of attracting their audience of increasing their own personal holiness through catechesis and evangelization of Christianity.

Both groups have the common purpose of telling the public about current events, while at the same time spreading the truth about the teachings of the Catholic Church.

"As I see it", states Senior Platform Administrator Simon Rafe, "the promotion is entirely open-ended.  We want as many people as possible to benefit from this."
