Did 3-Year-Old Kid Drink Beer In Stands At Philadelphia Phillies Game?

By Robert Paul Reyes

"The Philadelphia Phillies said a beer bottle a small child appears to be drinking from in TV footage recorded in the stands was `probably empty.`

philliesPhillies spokeswoman Bonnie Clark said the team does not condone allowing children to drink beer, regardless of what the real story is behind the footage, which depicts a small boy -- estimated to be about 3 or 4 -- in the stands during Sunday`s game against the San Diego Padres with what appears to be a beer bottle in his mouth, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported Tuesday." - UPI
Philadelphia, the City of Brotherly Love, is notorious for its rowdy and undisciplined fans. If Mother Teresa returned from the dead to throw out the first pitch, the fans would yell: Go back to the grave you decrepit hag.

I find it amusing that the Phillies spokesperson doesn`t emphatically deny that the 3-year-old child was drinking beer. The bottle was "probably empty" is the best she can do.

The bottle that kid was chugging from was probably full, his parents are raising him to be a beer-bellied obnoxious Phillies fan. The parents aren`t doing a good job of raising their small boy to be a rowdy Phillies fan, the little brat didn`t hurl his beer bottle at an opposing player.

The Phillies spokesperson said: We are confident that our employees and our fans would not allow this to happen if they were aware of it. Yeah, right! They were probably chanting: Drink the whole bottle you little punk!
