Dan Vasser is the new Sam Beckett on Journeyman
Dan Vasser seems to have it all: a successful career as reporter for The San Francisco Register; Katie, a beautiful wife, and Zach, their adorable son. But all of a sudden, Dan is in the year 1987, and then in 1989, where he meets Livia, his fiancee before Katie, who died almost a decade ago-- or did she?
Trying to figuring out how he can travel through time and why and struggling to understanding how and why Livia fits into all of this, Dan Vasser begins his mission as the Journeyman of Time.
Mix Quantum Leap with a complex and complicated love triangle and out comes Journeyman, up against the international phenomenon CSI:Miami Monday nights at 10pm on NBC.
The series follows Dan, tracking the people he has been sent to help throughout certain periods of time in their lives. Guided by Livia (Moon Bloodgood), Dan is now on a mission to put what was right from what was wrong.
The makings of a reluctant hero, Dan Vasser (Kevin McKidd) is a recovering gambler, and his time-traveling duties are becoming a problem for his marriage to Katie (Gretchen Egolf)-- especially with Livia in the picture.
While his son Zach (Charles Wyson) believes it is "cool" that Daddy has a power, Dan's older cop brother, Jack (Reed Diamond), believes that Dan is back to his old habits which puts more strain on their brotherly relationship due to Katie.
Dan Vasser is blessed and cursed with his power, as he now has the ability to alter the destinies of the lives he's meant to help.
