By Garrett Godwin

Good afternoon, everyone!

This is Garrett Godwin, and I`m telling What`s On Tonight! -- right here at The Student Operated Press (SOP).

Saving Grace

On TNT tonight comes the season premieres of summer`s biggest dramas with two award-winning actresses that has beauty, brains, and talent to back it up.

At 9pm is Golden Globe winner and Emmy-nominated Kyra Sedgewick as The Closer.  Since 2005, it has become the highest-rated series in the history of cable.  Season four starts heating up both professionally and personally for LAPD Deputy Chief Brenda Johnson and her squad -- with the return of an formidable adversary that still carries a torch for this tough-as-nails Southern belle.

So before watching the new season, catch an all-day marathon of last season today on TNT, or get season three right now on DVD.

At 10pm comes Oscar winner Holly Hunter with her Saving Grace.  The show continues to follow the rocky road of redemption for Oklahoma City detective Grace Hanadarko.  When it debut last summer, it has received both critical and ratings success -- becoming one of the highest-rated shows on cable.  The second season picks up where last fall`s cliffhanger left off, as Grace comes to face-to-face with her past.

And don`t forget to watch how this anti-heroine`s journey began, with Saving Grace - Season One, available tomorrow on DVD.

And that is What`s On Tonight!, so thanks for joining me.  But remember to get the latest news; listen to The American Perspective with the lovely Judyth Piazza, or Hot Copy with Del Marbrook -- right here at the SOP.

I`m Garrett Godwin, and I have to Go Now once again, so I`ll see you later.
