Gail Buchwald is the Senior Vice President of the ASPCA® Adoption Center and Mobile Clinic Outreach Program.  Ms. Buchwald manages the ASPCA's NYC Adoption Center, that places over 2,000 animals into loving homes each year. Ms. Buchwald also oversees charge of the mobile spay/neuter program's outreach education, local disaster relief services and grant distribution to local animal rescue groups. Most recently, Ms. Buchwald has been featured on Fox News Channel and National Public Radio, and in print publications such as The New York Times, The New York Post, and The Daily News.
