U.K. Man jailed for firearms offences
John Reilly has been jailed for 19 years for drugs and firearms offences.
He pleaded guilty to possession of 12 firearms, possession of ammunition and conspiracy supply to cocaine.
Officers from the Met's Middle Market Drugs Project arrested Reilly in August 2006 during a pre-planned operation.
They arrested him in his car in possession of nearly a kilo of cocaine wrapped in silver foil.
At his address, officers seized more cocaine and loaded firearms of varying descriptions and over 1,000 rounds of ammunition.
Two sets of body armour, one balaclava, two post office uniforms and a money counting machine were also found at the address.
Detective Chief Inspector Peter Weinberg, Middle Market Drugs Project, said:
"This is a significant sentence and it reflects the level of criminality and harm Reilly was involved in. The Met continues to be successful in targeting those in the middle tier of drug dealing, disrupting the supply of drugs and the laundering of the finances."
