The Panthers Party welcomed the statement made by the Prime Minister of India asking Pakistan to shut terrorist training camps which are causing a grave threat to the security of India and disturbing peace in South-East Asia.
Prof. Bhim Singh regretted that the J&K Congress Committee failed to provides a platform to the Prime Minister in Jammu and in the Valley which the Prime Minister of India deserved being the leader of the largest democracy of the world. He said that small leaders of non-existent parties held their election rallies at Parade Ground, Jammu and Central Places in Kashmir Valley. This is shocking that Pradesh Congress leadership had to organize Prime Minister`s meeting in a local Middle School in a Assembly segment in Jammu whereas ignored entire Kashmir Valley and held the meting for the Prime Minister of India in Shangus. This shows bankruptcy of Pradesh Congress. He suggested Mrs. Sonia Gandhi to wind up the Congress in J&K and support the Panthers Party which is only secular, nationalist, capable and acceptable party in all the three regions of state.
Prof. Bhim Singh described the election observers as faithful representatives of Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad. In Jammu District public address system is not allowed for canvassing whereas in Doda, Shopian and other Districts of the Valley. The Model Code of Conduct is being violated by Congress-NC and PDP under the very knows of the so-called observers. All the Dak Bungalows and Rest Houses are occupied by the observers in all the Districts and no security protectee of the Panthers Party was allowed to spend the night in a Government Dak Bungalow. All the Dak Bungalows are closed for the Panthers Party Supremo, Prof. Bhim Singh, the election machinery is literally working for Congress, NC and PDP. It appears as if the whole tamasha of election is too transferring power to Congress, NC and PDP. Prof. Bhim Singh said that Panthers Party candidates in several constituencies were thrown out of the polling stations when they tried to check rigging organized as the behest of the past ruli ng parties.
Prof. Bhim Singh described EVMs as a fraud on democracy where polling officers have been rigging the elections for particular candidate. Prof. Bhim Singh declares he shall take up the matter with the Supreme Court of India challenging the use of EVMs which has caused damage to electoral system.
Prof. Bhim Singh returned this morning at 2.30 a.m. from his election tour of Kishtwar, Doda and Ramban Districts.
