Two hundred personnel are employed, most of them having been transferred from world famous hotels like Burj Al-Arab and Ciragan Palace and have been under special training at The Mardan Palace, for the past two years. The hotel carries the atmosphere of old Ottoman architecture, but is a very modern building responding to every need of comfort. Its pool is shaped like the Bosphorous of Istanbul with a bridge reminiscent of The Bosphorous Bridge.
