Penny Steward has been a professional wellness consultant, educator, and coach since 1996. As a Certified Wellness Consultant for The Wellness Forum, she has taught thousands of individuals and organizations across the nation how to make healthier lifestyle choices in the areas of nutrition, exercise, and stress for optimal well being. She has changed people`s lives by showing them how to take control of their own health to have more energy, lose fat permanently, and prevent sickness and disease.

Penny is also recognized as an expert in the field of human behavior, her insights grounded in experiential wisdom and thoughtfully applied research on the power of perception and the importance of self-talk to self-evolution. Penny is fun, passionate, and tremendously motivational. Her passion is contagious and comes from her own dis-ease, over-weight, and personal challenges she overcame through understanding the roles diet, exercise, and perception balancing play in optimal health and quality of life. She is a past personal trainer, yoga and aerobics instructor; has earned a BS in Natural Health from Clayton College of Natural Health; and, is currently pursuing a Masters of Natural Health degree. She is a professional member of The National Speaker`s Association and President of the Ohio Chapter. She speaks for conference break out sessions and keynotes; executive meetings; retreats; and organizational meetings. Penny also conducts complete wellness educational programs and courses for individuals, companies and organizations that effect real changes in lifestyle habits and health costs.
