Don`t Eat That! It Can Kill You!
You don`t have to be a nutritionist to be aware of the fact that most fast food, rich in calories, sodium and fat, probably isn`t that good for you. But the dangers don`t stop there, according to nutritionist Dr. Ted Broer, author of Maximum Age Reversal (www.healthmasters.com). Common lunch meats, steaks, shellfish and dairy products can be just as dangerous, if not more.
Heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes and other catastrophic health problems are lurking in between the lines of most people`s basic grocery list. What foods that you eat every day appear on this list? Dr. Broer says you`d be very surprised to find out.
A common grocery list that includes ham, shrimp, peanut butter, diet soda, potato chips, mayonnaise and coffee may as well be a suicide note, according to Dr. Broer.
I can`t stress enough how bad our daily diets have become, " he said. As people have less and less time to prepare proper meals with fresh vegetables and poultry, people wind up choosing foods that are so over-processed and so bad for them, they don`t think twice about what is actually in them, or the risks involved. "
For instance, Dr. Broer brings up the following facts:
- The difference in eating habits that men and women have are the reason that women outlive men.
- Malnutrition isn`t just about not eating enough, but rather, about not eating the right kinds of foods
- Malnutrition can casue ADD, cancer, heart disease, chornic fatigue syndrome and infertility
- The US ranks like a third world nation when it comes to preventative healthcare
People over the age of 50 should drink more milk to maintain proper calcium levels
It`s no wonder America leads the world in Cancer, Heart Disease and Diabetes considering the foods we feed ourselves and our loved ones, " Dr. Broer said. The right foods can extend your lifespan, expand your energy and make you look and feel decades younger. Just look at our food labels here in America. Dog food has more nutrition than baby food. Peanut Butter has more additives, and more fat, than most ice cream. Other than accidents cancer is the leading cause of death in children under the age of 14! "
Broer says changing what you put in your mouth is a good start to changing your life " and the life of your loved ones.
Dr. Ted Broer is one of America`s leading nutritionists, biochemists and research Physiologists.
