A lot of the same people will say that we live in a color-blind society, racism is dead and that we don`t need affirmative action! I have trapped a lot of white people who try to speak from both sides of their mouth...when it comes to marriage, there is too much racism and when it comes to job applications, there is no racism.

I have a tough time believing that someone who is biased against interracial marriages will suddenly have an open mind when it comes to hiring! May be possible, but tough to believe!
