One of Christian Music's newest and most dynamic indie labels, Hallel Music, is making a strong debut with Chris Dickson, who just released an eleven song debut CD, Hold On To You. Produced by GRAMMY® award winning producer John Seymour, whose credits include Santana, Dave Matthews and U2, Hold On To You should captivate and inspire its listeners.

Online fans can also buy the complete CD at either iTunes.com, cdbaby.com or at hallel-music.com.

"Chris embodies the incredible combination of great voice, great writing, and an honest heart," says Robert Vernon, President, Hallel Music. "His authenticity, combined with his natural, unique musical gifting inspired us at Hallel. We are so excited to see what happens next with Chris and his music."

Chris underwent some life-altering experiences that have been inspirational to his songwriting and his life. Several years ago, doctors diagnosed Chris with a brain tumor and told him and his wife that they could never have children. Through prayer and faith, God healed him and confounded those doctors. He and his wife celebrated the birth of their second daughter in December. Though Chris's faith was tested, he rose above this adversity.

The CD, Hold On To You, was written during these experiences. Chris is sharing his experiences and his faith as he travels and gives glory to God. He encourages others who may be facing tough situations by using his musical gifts to share hope.

Chris, who received his music degree from Rutgers University, grew up in Bridgewater, New Jersey. He honed his skills as a singer/songwriter by leading worship in churches across New Jersey. Chris is backed by a very dynamic band that shares his passion and faith, featuring Branden Camp, Jonathan Zila and Jason Rinear.
