A highly motivated, energetic young man, David is a highly sought after consultant and professional speaker. He has empowered executives, managers, college/high school students, professors, professional athletes, and support staff from organizations around the country. He knows how to inspire people to motivate themselves to become high achievers.

David is known for his high energy, interactive programs that are always full of content. As an award winning speaker, trainer and facilitator David has designed and delivered a variety of customized programs for businesses, educational organizations and associations in the United States.

David launched his career in law enforcement, where he learned firsthand how the lack of integrity can affect your personal/organizational bottom line. David uses his personal experience to teach people how to make sense in a senseless world.

As a speaker, he has addressed numerous associations, corporate, and not-for-profit audiences. His presentations include motivational and educational topics, ranging from making empowering choices to cultural change as well as professional and personal communication.

David is certified by Purdue University and the University of Oklahoma in diversity facilitation and is a certified trainer for Steven Covey`s 7 Habits of Highly Successful People. David has a bachelor`s degree in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University where he also did his graduate work in Political Science. He was the 1996 recipient of the Great Lakes Association of College and University Housing Officers (GLACUHO) Outstanding Presentation Award for his award winning program titled: "Walk Your Talk".

David believes in walking your talk. In three seasons as the Head Varsity Men`s Tennis coach at Central Catholic High School in Lafayette, Indiana he empowered a group of young men to go from a 3-9 record his first year in 1999 to a conference title in 2001.

David has taught both at the elementary and secondary level and currently teaches a political science course on American government and politics at Heartland Community College in Normal, IL.
