Jesse Jackson speaking of Obama: I want to cut his nuts off
"I want to cut his nuts off."
This sickening, hurtful and evil remark was directed at Sen. Barack Obama, the first African American presidential nominee of a major party. It`s astonishing that these vile words weren`t uttered by a leader of the KKK, but by a black minister, the Rev. Jesse Jackson.
It is unforgivable and inexcusable for anyone, let alone a black preacher, to contemplate performing such a wicked act on a black American. It`s only a few decades ago that blacks were routinely castrated by white racists in the South. Jackson needs to read the Gospels and and learn how to love, and he should read history books and learn that he should never express a desire to castrate a black man.
"The Reverend Jesse Jackson apologized today for what he said was a `crude` comment he made about Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama following a television appearance July 6, saying he supports Obama ``unequivocally.``
Jackson, who unsuccessfully sought the Democratic presidential nomination in 1984 and 1988, was appearing on Fox News when a microphone picked up his remark suggesting that Obama was patronizing blacks.
Obama has been `talking down to black people on this faith-based,` Jackson said, according to a tape of the comments played on Fox`s `The O`Reilly Factor` tonight.
`I want to cut his nuts off,` Jackson then said, according to a report on the Fox News Web site."

In Jackson`s heyday, blacks and whites expected there to be one leader who spoke for all African Americans. Jackson saw himself as that leader when he ran for president in 1984 and 1988, and it`s very difficult for him to accept the fact that he is a marginal player in American society. The young people don`t know who he is, and most middle-aged folks recognize him as a self-serving limelight-loving clown. Time has passed Jackson by, and he is in a jealous rage because this young whippersnapper Obama is on the threshold of making history.
Sen. Obama has the temperament, intelligence, eloquence and experience to be president; Jackson is lacking in all these qualities. Jackson is often lauded as a gifted speaker, but this is simply not true, his mangled syntax and poor diction make his speeches almost incomprehensible.
Jackson has never been elected to any public office, and he has never accomplished anything in the realm of business. We listen to what he has to say because of his moral authority as a minister, but he doesn`t even have that any more. Jesse Jackson has the moral authority of a pimp; he has uttered anti-Semitic remarks, fathered children out of wedlock and now, he has uttered the most contemptible remarks in recent political history.
I rarely make fun of a person`s physical defects, but I think it`s poetic justice that Jackson`s mouth is horribly twisted because the truth never emanates from his pie hole.
Obama has been gracious and accepted Jackson`s apology, but the rest of us should tell Jackson to shut the hell up.
