ROUND LAKE HEIGHTS, Ill. - A new morning radio show will soon be hitting the airwaves in a Chicago suburb. Radio station WRLR has made changes to its morning drive-time slot with the addition of the "The Michael Jae Project", hosted by Michael J. Casaccio. Joining him on the 5:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. program are his talented crew comprised of Tina LoFrisbee, Danny Wow and Chris the Call Girl.

Michael Jae first joined WRLR as program director earlier this year, but gave up the position because of other commitments outside the station.

"As a Chicago Columbia College alumni, Michael Jae brings to WRLR a knowledgeable radio personality who brings an entertaining morning, mind waking up style to our listeners," said station president Bish Krywko.

Other area radio stations that Michael Jae has shared his talents and honed his skills at are: WBBM (780), WSCR (670), WZZN (94.7), WCRX (88.1).

The early morning shift had been hosted by station manager Stan Bauer since WRLR first went on the air this past September. He will now have more time to focus on his station manager duties and also the very successful afternoon/evening drive show, "Stack & Di - In Overdrive", which he co-hosts with his wife Diana Bauer.

The program airs each weekday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., except on Thursdays when at 7 p.m., it is followed by the Village Voices program hosted by Round Lake Mayor Bill Gentes.

"After three weeks on the air, the MJP has met with a very positive overall response," Stan Bauer said.

"After spending time in that slot and hearing what people in this area wanted from the morning program, I think this show is a perfect fit. Michael is a great guy who cares deeply about putting out a good show and he is a consummate professional."
