Today's Principles for Success

TODAY I will spend al least 30 minutes a day reading something that will make me a better person.

TODAY I will give dignity to whatever I do by doing my best.

TODAY I will show respect for others through kindness and courtesy.

TODAY I will make every effort to learn the name of each person I meet and will try to call everyone by name.

TODAY I will look others in the eye and give them a warm smile.

TODAY I will seek to understand others and to look for good in them instead of finding fault.

TODAY I will listen with the ears, eyes and heart.

TODAY I will speak only when I’m sure of what I’m saying and of how I’m saying it.

TODAY I will dress for the occasion or I won’t go.

TODAY I will not do or say anything that will lessen my self respect or that of others.

TODAY I will generously and sincerely praise others.

TODAY I will look for the main thing rather than the trivial in every situation.

TODAY I will laugh and be happy.

TODAY I will be honest with myself and with others.

TODAY I will not engage in self-pity.

TODAY I will live within my means even if it means doing without.

TODAY I will make a difference in the world by first making a difference in ME.
