Monday is the night to be Saved on TNT!

Monday is the night to be Saved on TNT!

By Garrett Godwin

Wyatt Cole has got a lot of issues: He's still in love with his ex-girlfriend Alice (Elizabeth Reaser).

He's got family problems, especially with his father.

He gambles not only with money, but also with his life.

He drop out of medical school and is now a paramedic instead of a doctor like the old man.

As a paramedic, he can save others.  But the real question is: can Wyatt Cole be Saved?

Airing right after The Closer on TNT on Monday nights at 10pm, Saved has become the number-one new series of the summer.

Tom Everett Scott brings liability to Wyatt, unlike FX's Rescue Me's Tommy Gavin (Denis Leary) and The Shield's Vic Mackey (Michael Chiklis), who are dark, volatile, and tough antiheroes with moral ambiguity.  Like them, Wyatt Cole is flawed and troubled, but he can also be redeemable.  Although his life is always a mess, Wyatt can still be there for others when he's needed.  You can't help but root for him.

If you miss any episode of Saved or haven't watch it at all, then now's the chance.  TNT is having a marathon today starting at 11am with all seven episodes, starting with the pilot.  And don't forget to watch a new episode Monday, July 31, where you can see how Wyatt and Alice began and ended.

Like Wyatt Cole, save your Monday nights this summer with Saved on TNT!
