Man Finds Cash In Same Store Twice And Returns The Loot

By Robert Paul Reyes

"A Maine man found a wallet stuffed with cash on the floor in a home improvement store. Two days later, he found a loaded money bag in the same store. Gil Steward was shopping Tuesday at The Home Depot in Auburn when he spied the wallet, which was stuffed with nearly $1,000 in $100 bills. He returned it to The Home Depot store`s service counter, and it was returned to a very grateful owner."

If I find a wallet stuffed with cash on the floor of Lowe`s, I`m going to interpret that a sign that the gods want to fund my home improvement project.

If two days later I find a loaded money bag in the same store, I will take that to mean that the Big Guy in the Sky is pleased with me for not turning down his gift of a wallet stuffed with cash.

Never look a gift horse in the mouth, and never look too hard for ID in a loaded money bag.

According to the AP article Steward plans on playing the lottery. I don`t plan on playing the lottery, I think I`ll just wait until Steward drops his wallet and I`ll consider that my jackpot.
