Vestige of the Vox Populi #34

Vestige of the Vox Populi #34

By Sean Stubblefield

The 30 Seconds To Mars music video for their song called From Yesterday was making the rounds of the internets when it premiered earlier this year-- and making music video history.

Thirteen and a half minutes long, it is a spectacular combination of music video and fantasy short film, about a Chinese ruler requesting the band‘s presence as a birthday present.

Although the band normally creates narrative videos of grand scale and scope, this is the first video of its kind in its epicness. It is further unprecedented in that it is the longest and most expensive music video ever made. I’d love to see more music vids this boldly imaginative.
