"Amy Winehouse secured a tidy little bonus after her hit Rehab was used in Glee.
Wino was paid more than all the other artists who have had their songs used in the cult US show, including Journey`s Don`t Stop Believing.
Netting the singer a cool £55,000, it also sent Rehab back into the top 100 chart in America.
We`re told: "Amy was chuffed. She loves the show and watches religiously.`"
For the last couple of years Amy Winehouse has been missing from the music charts. Wino has been too busy battling the demons of drug and alcohol addiction to devote much time to her music. She`s been working on her latest album for over a year, her fans are dying for new material.
Thanks to the hit Fox TV show "Glee" the crazy chanteuse is back on the charts. Glee is such a phenomenal hit that if they used Tiny Tim`s "Tiptoe Through the Tulips" it would make the Billboard Top 30.
It`s good to hear "Rehab" on the radio again, but we want to hear something new from Winehouse. She needs to get on the program and finish her new album.
