PETE Stringfellow Hit`s the 'Golden Note' and Opens for Randy Travis

By Mimi Amaral

Soon to be a legendary event, Oct 24, 2010 at the Uptown Theater in Napa, our very own Country Star PETE Stringfellow will be opening for Randy Travis. With great enthusiasm Pete embraced the moment, "I feel very blessed being able to open for Randy Travis. He`s an amazing artist, one I`ve looked up to for many years."  However, Pete`s journey didn`t start or end there, 2009 and 2010 has brought many blessings.

In December 2009, held at the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts in Santa Rosa, CA., PETE became musical foreplay to the Heidi Newfield Concert. Pete eased the audience into a rock`en night of Contemporary Country Music. The minute PETE walked on stage he brought electrifying chemistry and charm to the event.  His musical talents exuded from within, allowing him to allure his female fans and bond with his male fans through the lyrics and rhythm of his songs.

In August 2010 the "sold out" show held at HopMonk Tavern in Sebastopol, Ca. was filled with devoted fans and radio professionals. Johnny Bazanno, from KRCB FM, 91.1 in Santa Rosa, said Pete is a great entertainer with a warm stage presence and a nice understanding of how to move an audience." In addition from the "Rob and Joss in the morning" Froggy 92.9fm: "We knew that PETE would get a huge response at his HopMonk show, but we were even more amazed when people started to be turned away because of the huge crowd he drew! The love and enthusiasm from his fans was palpable. PETE is a joy to work with and a pleasure to see on stage."

Additional accomplishments in 2010: Pete will be starring in an upcoming episode of "I (Almost) Got Away with It" on the Discovery ID Channel. A documentary entitled, Death or Taxes: The Sad Truth about the American Tax System. His new single "I Can Take It from Here" is on the radio climbing the charts, and he will be performing in Nashville, TN. on October 3, 2010 at the famous Bluebird Café.

Keep your eyes upon the illumination in the sky because it will be our beloved "Sonoma County friend" PETE Stringfellow. Venture over to his new website to keep updated:, follow him on Twitter @ptstringfellow, and add him to your facebook account Facebook:
