Debbie Cote

This is my very first step aside from writing a good portion of my book.  The book came about when my eleven year old was reading a chapter book and asked me to write her a book.  We joked, talked about the plot, and I began to map out an outline of how the book would be written.  This is my first book and surely not my last.  I have already gotten some great ideas for my second book and I aim to have quite a few books as I discover my talents.  I understand that with the book at hand there are allot of corrections to be made.  Primarily in the past tense vs. present.  My thought process on this was to first get my story on paper and then worry about the wording and situating of the characters.
