  • Other information    Selected for the Indian Civil Services but did not join.

                                             Wrote the very first book on the T. S. Eliot-Middleton Murry

                                             Debate; the second one, by David Goldie, was published six

                                             years later by OUP.

                                             Invited to Oxford and travelled there on a British Council

                                             Grant, for the J. Middleton Murry centenary, in 1989.
