Video: Tom Hanks Drops F-Bomb On 'Good Morning America' End Of The World?

By Robert Paul Reyes

"Tom Hanks immediately apologized after saying the F-word on Good Morning America in New York Friday.

The double Oscar-winner was on the live broadcast to promote his new film `Cloud Atlas.` The expletive escaped his lips while he was speaking as a British character in the movie and talking about his boots.

`Man oh man. I have never done that before. I would apologize to the kids of America who are watching this right now. And the next time I`m on the show, there will be a 7-second delay. Never give me a handheld mic. I blame the staff.`"

We don`t blink when a rapper, reality star or jock curses on live TV, but when good guy Tom Hanks utters an expletive on live TV; you know that the Zombie Apocalypse is right around the corner. If Honey Boo Boo Child swears on live TV, that`s it, I`m moving in to my bomb shelter.

In Hanks` defense he was channeling the foul mouth British character in the movie when he dropped the F-Bomb.

I don`t blame Hanks as much as I do the censors for not bleeping out the curse word in time. We still love Tom Hanks, and I doubt he will ever make the same mistake again.
