Judyth Piazza chats with Tony Graff, Author of Juniper Cresent

By Judyth Piazza CEO (Editor)

Tony Graff is the third of five children born into an army family.

"Growing up, there were too many options for me to say "I`m going to be ____ when I grow up" but I did know I had a love of stories. All the books I could find, I read," said Tony.

This pulled Tony through high school, where it helped him achieve the Eagle Scout award. After serving a full-time mission for the LDS church in Alberta, Canada, he returned to the States to discover that his dream of walking into Borders and seeing his name had changed from graphic novels to Young Adult novels.

Tony is currently a student at BYU Idaho, where his passion is still writing.

Juniper Crescent is the story of Oksanya (pronounced ox-on-ya) and the operation that cured muscular dystrophy and gave her life back. This operation replaced damaged genes with those of a cheetah, which not only cured the genetic disorder, but increased her abilities beyond human limitations. Dubbed the Isis operation, many like Oksanya have been given a new lease on life, while so many others think this operation does nothing more than create monsters.
