Dude Goes Postal: Furious Taco Bell Beefy Crunch Burrito Went Up In Price

By Robert Paul Reyes

"San Antonio police said a man who shot at officers and refused to exit his hotel room for 3 hours was upset about the price of a Beefy Crunch Burrito.

Police said the man, whose name was not released, was angry Sunday about the increase in price for the menu item at the Rigsby Road Taco Bell drive-through from 99 cents to $1.49 and fired a realistic-looking BB gun at the manager, the San Antonio Express-News reported Monday.

The suspect then pulled a handgun and an assault rifle from his car, leading the manager to lock the doors and call police. The man drove away from the scene and was pulled over nearby.
Police said the man exited his car with the assault rifle and pointed it at officers, setting off a shootout with no injuries but leading to one police cruiser windshield being shattered. Read More

If the man had pointed the assault rifle instead of a BB gun at the manager, he might have let the psycho dude have everything on the menu for just 99 cents.

If you are armed to the teeth with an assault rifle and a handgun, the BB gun is superfluous.

The crazy man should have been upset because Taco Bell allegedly uses a beef product that contains only 35 percent real meat.

The Beefy Crunch Burrito fan has been charged with attempted capital murder for shooting the assault rifle at police.

It will be a long time before this maniac enjoys another Beefy Crunch Burrito.
