S & P downgrades East Coast Earthquake to a Tremor.

Might have been more useful for this earthquake to happen when congress was in session. It might be what this country needs. If they were caught in the building for a day or two, a couple things might have happened.

1. They would end up killing each other or

2. Come out as friends and maybe start working together.
