Amy Winehouse A Genius! Listen To 'Our Day Will Come' From Her New Album!

By Robert Paul Reyes

Amy Winehouse`s personal life was a blur of drugs, alcohol, depression and failed romantic relationships. The troubled diva would stumble out of a bar at an ungodly hour in the morning, only to continue her debauchery at home. The pop icon was surrounded by sycophants, enablers, junkies and other riff-raff, it`s not surprising she died of alcohol poisoning.

Amy`s performances on stage were a replica of her messed-up personal life, she slurred her words, forgot the lyrics, stumbled, and left her fans disappointed and angry.

Only in the recording studio did Amy`s genius flourish, the two albums she recording in her career are generally acclaimed as masterpieces.

An album by the soul diva, comprising 12 tracks, including new material will be released next month. The posthumous release, "Lioness: Hidden Treasures", is a must-buy for Amy`s fans.

Listen to this reggae version of "Our Day Will come", originally recorded by Ruby and the Romantics, and you will be convinced that this isn`t just an album of outtakes and rejected material.
