Is There Any Chance of Lasting Peace Between Israel and Palestine?

Is There Any Chance of Lasting Peace Between Israel and Palestine?

By Harvey Carroll, Jr.

I would like to think that my many writings to Sr. Obama Advisers and the sharing of 15 or so pages of research on Iran, Sanctions and Security are being read.  In addition, I shared thoughts and analysis from the Council of Foreign Relations on what countries should be talked with to ramp up Sanctions pressure, i.e. the EU, China and India and the amounts of Oil they were purchasing from Iran...

Those writings and a variety of Geopolitical analysis to get Iran`s neighbors to ponder the thoughts of having another nuclear neighbor, besides those of (Israel, Pakistan, India, China and Russia) did some good in the coalition building process.

I have seen all this played out in the news over the past few weeks as the U.S. mounted much more pressure than Ahmadinejad gained on his Latin American trip that gained little unexpected support.

My 11th hour plea and others from around the World as well as President Obama going "All In" and making it clear during the annual United States "State of the Union Address" that he would not allow Iran to obtain nuclear weapon has gained some progress...

Now that the IAEA is in Iran and has been inspecting facilities for the past few days, I think we are now seeing the possibility of Iran, the Unites States and the United Nations being able to come to the table and discuss Middle Eastern Geopolitical issues in a much more reasonable and peaceful manor...

These talks may even open up the road to a lasting peace between Israel and Palestine...

At least this is my hopes and the hopes of multitudes around the Globe...

Thank you, and God Bless...
