New Yorker Sues: Finds Animal Toe In Package Of Artichoke Spinach Dip

By Robert Paul Reyes

"A New York man`s lawsuit alleges there was an animal toe with its nail still attached in his package of artichoke spinach dip.

artichokeAndrew Brodsky, 35, filed a lawsuit in city Supreme Court alleging he discovered the animal toe in his food last September, the New York Daily News reported Thursday."

I can`t think of anything more unappetizing than artichoke spinach dip -- complaining about finding a contaminant in such a disgusting dip is like complaining that there`s pig`s brains in your bowl of chitlins.

There`s always the chance that Brodsky added the animal`s toe, but I doubt it. If Brodsky had contaminated the product himself, he would probably have chosen a more mundane item like an insect.

The poor man hasn`t been able to eat or watch other people eat packaged foods since the incident.

This is far from a frivolous lawsuit; I hope Brodsky wins enough money to hire a psychiatrist and a chef.
