Judyth Piazza interviews The Amazing Trent T. Daniel, The One World Doll Project

By Judyth Piazza CEO (Editor)

Stacey McBride-Irby designed the most diverse cultural line of dolls ever created for the world`s premiere toy company, Mattel™. In her 15 years at Mattel™, Stacey designed for the Disney Princess Collection and created countless fashions for the iconic Barbie® line. Most notably, Stacey created an entire new line for the company, the So In Style™ dolls, the first African-American dolls by Mattel™ that more closely represented contemporary girls and young women in this diverse, dynamic community.

Now Stacey is taking her love and passion for the craft of doll making and design to become a part of a totally unique venture called THE ONE WORLD DOLL PROJECT.

Stacey joins entrepreneurial success trainer, author and activational speaker Trent T. Daniel and former banking vice president, Joanne Melton, in forming a new company that will revolutionize the way mainstream dolls are designed, marketed, and integrated into the fabric of America. THE ONE WORLD DOLL PROJECT promises to make one of the most significant positive cultural impacts on play and in the doll category in recent history.

These beautiful dolls and unique works of art are the beginning of a revolution in play, ready for a market yearning for something unique to its experience " a doll that both embraces contemporary girls of color and symbolizes who they can become.

For young girls, THE ONE WORLD DOLL PROJECT will create a doll that is a friend, a partner in play, and a glimpse of their biggest, brightest dreams. For young women, it is a symbol of who they are, how much they have achieved, a keepsake of one of the best times of their lives. For collectors, THE ONE WORLD DOLL PROJECT promises stylish works of art that will become a vital part of a valuable growing collectors` market.

THE ONE WORLD DOLL PROJECT will launch with a new line of dolls called PRETTIE GIRLSâ„¢. Styled for play, yet filled with soul, PRETTIE GIRLSâ„¢ will set a new, higher standard for pretty! One that reaches across the globe and up for the stars!!

THE ONE WORLD DOLL PROJECT will also create commemorative collectors` dolls, made exclusively for the country`s most prestigious black sororities and organizations, as well as celebrity dolls in the likenesses of the most glamorous African-American actresses, singers, and positive image-makers in America.

THE ONE WORLD DOLL PROJECT is not just a doll company.  It`s a movement that will help influence a more positive self-image among our young women and girls. In the coming months, THE ONE WORLD DOLL PROJECT will establish a community relations endeavor aimed at supporting organizations that champion empowerment and positive influence over our young girls and women. Corporate, retail, community and media partners will be engaged in the mission to extend the reach, message, financial support, and overall impact.
