Judyth Piazza interviews Elli Samuels, Author of Cooking with Elli

Judyth Piazza and Author, Elli Samuels discuss her new cookbook, "Cooking with Elli" on The American Perspective Radio Program.  Elli is a former attorney who has switched geared and is now following her passion for cooking, health and fitness.  And of course sharing recipes. 

What started as a hobby has now become new career.  One of the most important lessons she has learned along the way is to never give up on your dreams.
